Computer Science Department Scholarships

The Computer Science Department has a number of scholarships that are awarded to incoming first year students who are committed to the Computer Science major at James Madison University. There are several different scholarships, but all are awarded on the basis of merit, not need. To apply for one of these scholarships, fill in the online form and submit it either electronically or by mail. Awards will be made first to students who are "admitted early" in February and, funds permitting, to other admitted applicants in April of each year. If you have any questions, please call Nancy Harris, Freshman Advisor, at 540-568-8771 or e-mail her at mailto:harrisnl@jmu.edu.
